What is your return and exchange policy?

Each item is custom-made through Printful, so we can’t offer exchanges or refunds unless there’s an issue with the quality, such as a printing error or defect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos of the issue. For qualifying cases, we’ll coordinate with Printful to provide a replacement. Heads up - you might need to send the item back to Printful’s fulfillment center, and return shipping costs are on you.

How long does shipping take, and how much does it cost?

We currently ship to Europe only - and shipping is on us! Each item is made to order, which takes 2–7 business days to fulfill. Once shipped, delivery across Europe typically takes 5–10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, and American Express—plus PayPal for a checkout experience that’s fast, easy, and secure!
